Processing Times

Every order is handcrafted with care in my Texas studio. Current processing times are:

  • Custom Photo Magnet Sets: 5–7 business days.
  • Ready-Made / Scripture Magnets: 2–4 business days.

Processing time does not include shipping time. You’ll receive an email from hello@getlifemagnets.com with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: $5.95 (3–5 business days).
  • Free Shipping: On orders over $35 (applies to standard domestic shipping).
  • Rates cover packaging, postage, and handling for flat-rate shipping within the continental United States.

Bulk & Special Orders

For large-scale or bulk orders, please email me directly before checkout. I am happy to provide a custom quote for pricing and shipping timelines to ensure your handcrafted order is prioritized correctly.

Shipping Limitations & Oversized Orders

  • Locations: Life Magnets currently does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. I happily ship to U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
  • Weight Limits: We reserve the right to bill for additional shipping charges on bulk or oversized orders exceeding 50 lbs.
  • Special Handling: If your order requires special handling or multiple shipping boxes due to weight, we will contact you via email before processing.

Delivery Estimates & Tracking

  • Carrier: Typical delivery via USPS Ground Advantage is 3–5 business days.
  • Estimates: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once the label is created. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Accuracy & Claims

  • Address: Please verify your address before ordering. Life Magnets is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • Loss/Theft: Once accepted by USPS, the package is the responsibility of the carrier. Life Magnets is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
  • Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please email hello@getlifemagnets.com within 7 days with your order number and photos of the damage and packaging. I will replace damaged items at no cost to you.
