Hi, I’m Nikki — the heart behind Life Magnets.

Life Magnets is a boutique magnet shop creating handcrafted photo magnets designed to preserve the moments that matter most. Some of my happiest memories were spent sitting beside my grandma in the front bedroom of my grandparents’ home. She was the keeper of our family history, and she took that role to heart. In a small bottom drawer, she kept a collection of old photographs — carefully protected snapshots of the people, places, and stories she loved most.

I remember the reverence in those afternoons as she would gently pull them out, one by one. She told me who each person was and what was happening in the picture — the story behind the smiles, the occasion, the memory itself. As she laughed and reminisced, it felt like she was there again, reliving the moment right alongside me.

Those afternoons taught me that photos aren’t just pictures — they are a legacy of love and connection worth preserving and displaying.

From Preservation to Display As I grew into a teacher, a mom, and a small business owner, I realized that while my grandmother did the vital work of protecting our memories, I wanted to create a way to display them. I wanted meaningful photos and scripture to live where they could be seen, shared, and celebrated every single day. That vision became Life Magnets.

I chose this name for its double meaning. In one sense, these are magnets that hold the life of your favorite memories. In a deeper sense, the name is inspired by Proverbs 4:22, which reminds us that God’s Word is “life to those who find them”. Whether I am creating custom photo magnets or faith-based scripture magnets, everything I make is Made to Be Remembered.

Handcrafted in Texas Every magnet set is handcrafted in my Texas studio. I personally print, press, and package each order by hand, knowing that the images and verses you trust me with are deeply meaningful. From time to time, my daughters join me — helping in small ways, sharing their creativity, and learning the beauty of preserving what matters most.
